Shipping Policy

Please read the shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Custom wood carvings are completed within 10 business days after you approve your sketch.
Block printed bags typically ship within 5 business days of purchase.
Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks of your purchase date, depending on the item and your response time during the sketch approval process.

2. Shipping Locations

I currently ship to:

The United States
Canada

3. Shipping Fees

I offer flat-rate shipping:

$5 USD for all U.S. orders
$13 USD for all Canadian orders

These fees are automatically applied at checkout.

4. Shipping Method & Tracking

I use standard shipping carriers (such as USPS or UPS, depending on the order).
You’ll receive a tracking number by email or text once your order has shipped.

5. Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as “Shipped”, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but is missing or stolen, I do not issue refunds. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
If your package is lost in transit and never delivered, you will receive a full refund after 14 business days without tracking updates.

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Packaging

All items are carefully packed to protect them during transit.
