Refund Policy
Effective Date: 06/23/2025
1. Custom Orders
All wood carvings are handmade and personalized. You’ll receive a sketch to approve before carving begins.

Once the sketch is approved, I will complete your piece within 10 business days

After painting, I’ll send a preview before sealing
You may request:

Up to 2 free minor painting changes

Each additional revision is $5
If I do not receive a response to either the sketch or painting preview within 3 business days, I will move forward with your order (or cancel and refund it if carving has not started).
If I contact you via both email and text and receive no reply within 3 business days, or if 3 days pass between any replies, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Block Printed Bags
All block printed bags are hand-stamped, not mass-produced. Because of this, slight imperfections, misalignments, and ink variations are to be expected and are part of their handmade charm.
These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
3. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify me within 3 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of both the item and packaging
If verified:

I will issue store credit for the same item after it is returned

Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the damage was my fault
Intentional damage or suspicious claims may result in denial of store credit.
4. Lost Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered”, no refund will be issued for stolen or missing mail.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.
