By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products & Services
I offer:

Hand-carved custom wood pet portraits
-
Pre-made hand-stamped (block printed) fabric bags
Orders typically ship 1–2 weeks after the date of purchase, depending on your position in my queue and your responsiveness.
About My Block Printed Bags
Each bag is hand-stamped individually using a hand carved block. As such, these bags may feature slight imperfections, texture variations, and irregularities in placement, pressure, or ink coverage.
These are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects. They are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
2. Custom Carving Options
You may choose from two custom carving styles:

Sitting Pet (Standard) – I choose a natural sitting pose based on your pet's features and photos.

Posed Pet (Upgrade) – You describe the pose you'd like, and I recreate it. This is a paid upgrade and requires a clear description or visual reference.
3. Photo Requirements
Custom orders require three clear photos of your pet:

Front view

Side view
-
Back view
Please upload these when placing your order. These help me capture your pet’s likeness accurately.
4. Custom Order Process
You’ll receive a sketch for approval via email and/or text before I begin carving.

Once you approve the sketch, I will complete your carving within 10 business days.

After painting, I will send a photo of the unsealed piece for final review.
You may request:

Up to 2 free minor painting changes (only for details that were included in your reference photos)

Additional painting changes will be $5 each
If I do not receive a response within 3 business days, I will proceed with sealing and shipping your order as-is.
5. Communication Policy
I communicate exclusively through email and text.
If I contact you through both methods and do not receive a response within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
If 3 business days pass between your replies, I will also consider the order inactive and will cancel and refund it.
6. Payment
I require full payment upfront for all products and custom orders. No deposits or installment plans are available at this time.
7. Shipping & Delivery
I currently ship to the USA and Canada only.
Orders typically ship 1–2 weeks after purchase. I am not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

If a package is marked as “Delivered”, I do not issue refunds for stolen or missing mail.

If tracking confirms a package is lost in transit, I will issue a full refund.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact me within 3 days of delivery

Include clear photos of the item and packaging
If damage is verified, I will issue store credit for the same item once it is returned.
You are responsible for return shipping, unless the damage was my fault.
If the damage appears intentional or does not match typical shipping damage, I reserve the right to deny credit.
9. Right to Decline
I reserve the right to decline commissions if your photos are unclear or if I determine I cannot complete the order to my standards.
10. Privacy & Photo Use
I only use your personal information to process and ship your order. Your pet photos are used exclusively for the carving.
I may post finished pieces on social media or my portfolio. If you’d prefer not to have your pet featured, just let me know when you order.
